How to fulfil orders

The step-by-step process for getting orders out to buyers.

Go to My Shop → Orders to see pending orders. Each order shows the item, buyer details, and delivery method.

Accept the order and prepare the item for shipping. Package it carefully to avoid damage during transport.

For platform delivery, a driver pickup will be scheduled. For self-delivery, ship the item and add tracking information.

Monitor the delivery status. Once the buyer confirms receipt, your funds are released automatically.

Understand what happens when a buyer purchases your item.

When and how you receive payment for completed orders.

Move your funds from Dukan wallet to your mobile money or bank account.
