How trust scores work
Understand what your trust score means and how to improve it.
1
What is a trust score?
Every user on Dukan has a trust score (0–100) based on their transaction history, verification level, dispute record, and community feedback.
2
What affects your score
Positive factors: completing orders, receiving good reviews, higher verification tiers, consistent fulfilment. Negative factors: disputes lost, cancelled orders, fraud flags.
3
Why it matters
Higher trust scores unlock better visibility in search results, access to premium features, and higher transaction limits.
4
Improving your score
Verify your account, fulfil orders on time, communicate clearly, and resolve issues promptly. Your score updates automatically.
